We started Priority Parcels because businesses deserved a courier that treats every delivery like it matters — because to the people waiting for it, it does.
Our story
Priority Parcels began with a simple observation: Berlin’s businesses were stuck choosing between big parcel networks that were cheap but slow, and bike messengers that were fast but limited. Nobody offered both speed and scale — with real service.
So we built it. A modern dispatch platform, a vetted driver network across every Berlin district and an express network reaching more than 25 European countries. Today we move contracts, samples, spare parts and pallets for businesses of every size — from two-person studios to international manufacturers.
What hasn’t changed: when you call, a real person answers. When we promise a time, we keep it.

Sustainability
Inside Berlin’s city centre, we use electric vans and cargo bikes wherever the load allows. They’re quieter, they’re emission-free at the tailpipe — and in rush-hour traffic, a cargo bike is often the fastest vehicle on the road.
For longer routes we optimise loads and routes to cut empty kilometres, and every business account receives a CO₂ report showing the footprint of its deliveries.
